I loved how close this place was to downtown - just as advertised. The photos don't do justice to how nice it actually is. It's quite comfortable and has all the necessary appliances. Plus, having parking was a huge convenience.

The location was super convenient, just a short distance from downtown. The pictures didn't do justice to the place, it was actually quite nice and comfortable. I loved having access to all the appliances, even though I didn't use them all. And having parking available made it easy to come and go as I pleased.

There were some issues with the bathtub area that need attention. There was rust where the bathtub meets the wall and the water didn't drain properly while showering.

The location of this getaway is just a short distance from downtown, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The place itself exceeded my expectations and was quite comfortable. Our recent stay at a cozy rental just a short distance from downtown Knoxville was enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was only 2 miles from downtown and 3 miles from UT. The rental exceeded our expectations, as it was even nicer than the photos portrayed. We found it to be comfortable and welcoming.
